Free Day...by Syd

This morning was a nice and blue skied morning.
Today we started off to a nice breakfast.
Then we went to find the subway station so we could
go to the Summer Palace.
A few blocks down we couldn't find it so
We headed back and got to go in a taxi.
It was fun watching how they drive in China, 
like the white lines are just a suggestion.
We saw the buildings that were made to look like
a dragon. It was cool. It was also very hot.
When we got to the Summer Palace
it was very crowded and noisy.
Also when we got in it was very big, bigger than I
was thinking it was.
We had a pretty good time.
When we got back we went for a swim.
After, we went to the lounge for some food.
We got a pizza and it was delicious.
Then we went up then passed out for a few.
Then we got ready to meet the rest of the group.
It was a long day.
But fun.
